Peppers pumpkins and squash. These are falls favorites.

Pimentos have become my Special stuffing pepper. The skin can peel right off after cooking and the sweet skin goes great with all kinds of stuffing’s.

Winter squash bought fresh then kept in a cool place will last long into the winter. Be brave and try all types.

I always buy a few extra pumpkins too have for thanksgiving.

Try hosting a fall dinner.

Incorporate some bright colored peppers with salads or hors oeuvre’s, use pumpkins or winter squash as a side and make a hardy meat, such as pork roast, Herbed roasted chicken, or stew.

Have friends over and serve up some of the different ciders.

Enjoy your cooking and have a lovely fall Gathering.
