Adventures.
They have been part of my life for 36 years.
Starting with marring an extreme sports guy. I had no Idea, Hang-gliding, speedsking, surfing dirt biking and I could go on. But I digress, I want to encourage everyone to find your adventure whether it is big or small, being challenged changes us for the better.
So put down the phone get outdoors and breath.
For me starting a new Blog when there are thousands already out there becomes my new Adventure.
I have a lot to tell, encourage and hopefully we can inspire each other along the way.
